Daybreak Dedicated for August! Congrats to Mr. Walkinshaw who busted his hump getting to the box this month and just barely out-dedicating the reigning champ, Kathy C. There were also MANY Daybreakers who came in an average of almost 6 times per week!

Survey Results are Coming! We are still processing the very helpful survey results. You’ve already seen some changes/additions to the gym based on your feedback… such as more women’s barbells and more cash outs! We are also planning an upcoming social event and nutrition clinic and challenge! Lots more to come… stay tuned.

Favorite WODS? We want to know your favorite Daybreak WODs. These are not the girl-named WODs nor are they the Hero WODs we often do. In fact, Daybreak’s own WODs are named after songs (if you haven’t guessed already) and we want to know which ones motivated you, wrecked you, or just made you tear up a little bit.  “The Light that Never Comes” is one example but we want more!!! Post the WOD to comments please!
