FOR TIME

  • athlete 1 will run 300m w/20# medball then tag athlete 2
  • athlete 2 will run 300m w/10# medball then tag athlete 3
  • athlete 3 will run 300m without weight
Once athlete 1 finishes his/her run he/she will immediately start working on
20 Cleans and Jerks at 85#…
When athlete 1 completes his/her C&Js, athlete 2 is allowed to start working on
20 clean and jerks at 55#…
Once athlete 2 completes his/her C&Js, athlete 3 will then finish the WOD with
20 clean and jerks at 35#
