Bikes and Bites is one of the largest biking events for Women’s charities, in Boston. Ride 10, 30 or 50 miles then sample foods prepared by some of Boston’s best restaurants and chefs. All proceeds support local groups that provide access to healthy foods and active living, especially to women and girls. Join Lourdes on her 30 mile ride this Saturday July 18th at 9am. MMs – 6 for 4 rounds, 5 for the rest. Sprints were jogs – :16 – :18
MM – 6 x 3, 5×5,4+x3 [35#], 8&12 (thanks to having Andrew there to chase)
MM- 6 per round w/ 20lb db. Sprint fastest 9, slowest 15. No words to describe this one. How the hell did they add thrusters to this? Omg.
MM: 4 per round with 25# sprints 12-14s

Susan: 6 x 20# MM without push up or row/ 10-12 seconds for sprint
Andrew: 25# MM I think he started with 6, then eventually scaled down to 3 per round/ 10-12 seconds for sprint
First 2 at 6 and 15#. Then dropped to 10# and most of the rest were 5 per minute. “Sprints” were 14s to 18s. Russ is the cash out King. Love it.

MM @ 20# did 5 and the last two rounds I did 3 wanted to do a fast sprint and get 8 seconds and I did!! ( 8-11)
MM @ 25# 6 per round for 7 rounds, then 5 for 3, 4 for 1. Sprints 12-18.
11 x 4 at 10# and rowed for sprints. Didn’t count the rows times.
