Got my first bar muscle up after losing them two years ago. #threedaysaweek
Not sure of my time…probably around 15 minutes. BUT, I dropped the loaded barbell on my head after the 18 OHS and sat out those burpees plus the round of 15 altogether…jumped back in to start at 12 OHS. My head is fine and I got to skip the worst part of this WOD. So it’s a win? Not really. I actually was liking this one and want to do it again. Next time!
