Did this back in August 2014 in 8:40 w/ power snatches. Failed 1st snatch and then they went pretty good from there. All fast singles. Burpees were solid, trying to keep pace w/ Manchester. Row was ok. Last 25 calories were tough.

10:09 rx 5/2/2/1s. A few fails. Snatches a bit sluggish this AM. Row started at 1250 cal/hr ended at 1000.
10:51 @ 115# – 5 norep failed snatches slowed me down. Need to work on speed and confidence. Went 5 straight to close the 20, which tells me I can do this if I stop being such a baby about it.

11:51, 65# squat cleans (wrist still bothering me overhead). Burpee step ups. Kept over 1000 for first 25 cal then dipped to 800-900 and finished at 1100 for last 10 cal.

10:12 135# power cleans instead of snatch (shoulder), held consistent around 1,150 on the row.
10:33 55#. Started with 75# but failed first 4 reps so stripped to 55#. I felt good with 75# in warm up but just wasn’t opening up enough. Good to practice at lighter weight I guess.
