Congrats to Scott W and Andy who ran the Chilly 1/2 Marathon on Sunday!

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and son T.J.

11:48 RX weight. I did split jerks rounds 3-5, Michele was nice and told me it counted, but I don’t think it does. I will get this the next time we do it. First time ever doing the whole wod with Rx weight! Below is for my records.
4-17-15 – 10:36, 95#
11-11-14 – 10:36 – rx rd 1&5, scaled reps to 9-6-3 for rounds 2-4
3-14 11:27- 90#x1 rd, 85# rd 2-5
11-13 12:47 – 85#

10:52 Rx. First time doing this Rx and 4 seconds faster than last time at 95#. 11/1 on all deadlifts, 5/3/1 on all cleans, 6 straight on the jerks on rounds 1 and 5 and 3/3 for middle rounds. Went almost straight into deads after the jerks every round. Need to get better at cycling the jerks.
