11:48 RX weight. I did split jerks rounds 3-5, Michele was nice and told me it counted, but I don’t think it does. I will get this the next time we do it. First time ever doing the whole wod with Rx weight! Below is for my records.

15:20 rx – Not even close to a PR but a win for the day! Happy to get in and do DT on veterans day!
10:52 Rx. First time doing this Rx and 4 seconds faster than last time at 95#. 11/1 on all deadlifts, 5/3/1 on all cleans, 6 straight on the jerks on rounds 1 and 5 and 3/3 for middle rounds. Went almost straight into deads after the jerks every round. Need to get better at cycling the jerks.
