Holiday Party!!
Like last year, we’re having our annual holiday party POST holiday hustle and bustle. So, save the date: Saturday, January 23rd. We will celebrate at 29 Sudbury Restaurant and Bar. Details to come but in the meantime mark your calendars and reserve those sitters!!
Thanksgiving Week Schedule
- Wednesday 11/25 – 5:30a, 8:30a, 9:30a, 12:30p and 5:30p. No 6:30p or Yoga
- Thursday 11/26 – ONE class at 8am. Beer mile (or cider, seltzer, water,etc.) to follow! Watch THIS
- Friday 11/27 – OPEN GYM 8a-11a

For some reason couldn’t jump rope today and that’s what slowed me down.

Did the wod backwards (du’s then kbs) due to sharing of kb. Only made it to 23 of the 30 kbs at 12 min. Needless to say my December personal challenge will involve double unders!!! I liked this wod and want a crack at it when I get my dus back. Was only getting sets of 3-5 before tripping!!!
