Modified today’s endurance after bc of time: :20 hard on the 1:00 for 10 rounds (row). Kept around 1:45 pace.
65# – did 75# in warmup which is a 20# PR for me. Have struggled with this movement for so long and feeling on top of the world to have made some progress.
