Might do this one again. Failed a ton of bar muscle ups.
90 scaled. The jumping ctb were sneakily hard. Stayed after and did some mobility and watched Michele and Mel absolutely kill it. Great job ladies!
Coming off the stomach bug on Wednesday night/yesterday, had no idea how this one would go. Couldn’t be happier w/ it. I guess those 6 lbs lost helped me fly higher 🙂
