#3goalstobetter CLINIC: Our 4th members-only clinic in our annual series is BEGINNER PULL UPS, which is taking place this Sunday, May 1st at 9:00a during Open Gym (which we will still hold hold from from 9-11a). At this clinic, we’ll work on strict pull-ups. Then we’ll breakdown the kipping swing which then progresses into the kipping pull-up. And finally, we’ll work through techniques, tips and tricks for getting multiple pull-ups in a row. This clinic is for members who do not have a pull-up (kipping nor strict) or for those who can’t link more than one pull-up. Space is limited to the first 15 members to sign up HERE.

9:31 Rx. [50 / 25 / 25 / 25 / 25] – Set an objective for each set and DON’T put the ball down until you hit the number. Rest in front rack and then keep going. Breaking this up much more that I did will hurt more than the standing rest periods. That said, “burpees as rest” was not so bad after all…
