What thickness knee sleeves do people wear? 5mm or 7mm?

Mel is right… the 7mm tend to be the best multi-purpose knee sleeves as they’re good for lifting and any metcon where you need extra support. IMO, the 5mm are good mostly just for non-weight bearing movements like wall balls, air squats, etc. I have them both, I use the 7mm 99% of the time.
Thanks for the input Mel and Rap! I ordered a 7mm but I think it was too small as I wasn’t able to squat as deep in it and felt like circulation was restricted. I ordered a size up and will try that as well.
