135# OHS / 135# HPS. i had to no rep myself on the first rep of my last two OHS sets because of depth. that was definitely a 3 rep max on the HPS – pretty ugly.
OHS – 5RM 105- PR – 85# was previous 1RM
HPS – 3RM 125- PR – 120# was previous 2RM
Both of these felt great today!
