Fun to do this one again. My score was definitely slower but I was happy to do 50 24″ box jumps, Knees to elbow for the first time, and 12# wall balls that really were to the 9′!

5/6/16: 21:21 Dirty 30 with #14 wall ball to 9ft
27:26 – not Rx, had to do step ups with knee/quad still… not a bad ratio for me, about 300 jumps to get 50 DUs… ugh…
also, PR for me… first time finishing this under the 30 minute cap…
