rounds 1 and 2 were 80. 3-7 were 75. It’s the squats.

Yikes! 185# for squat cleans; scaled the quantity.
Only did round 1 and 2 as prescribed…3-8: 3 squat cleans, 8-10 push press 35# because my back started to hurt; and 12-15 box jumps depending on the round…and level of exhaustion.

75# Hang Clean and 15# sitting press until minute 19. The rest at 65# and 8#. Step ups all the way.
