WOD Guidance & Goals:
Start the workout with 150 double unders (or 200 singles), about 2-2:30. You’ll then complete the six rounds of sit to stands, lunges and toes to bar, and finish with another 150 double unders. Choose a weight for the lunges that you can complete all 8 lunges straight every round. Your score will be your total time. Target 13 minutes.
