WOD Guidance & Goals:
Run 300 meters around 1:15-1:30 (6 flights of stairs), row 20/15 around :60-1:15 (50 high knees + 50 butt kickers), then do 10 unbroken deadlifts (at least round 1). Target 6 Rounds.
