Pete and Ada beach WOD: 30 minutes, every minute 5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats (Pete), 5 push-ups from knees, 8 sit-ups, 10 squats (Ada). After first 10 rounds we took a 30 sec-1 minute break every 5 rounds.
