Followed by 3 rounds 10 squat cleans 20lb db 10 deadlift with single 50lb db and 10 each alternating arm snatches 30lb db and 5 strict pullups. Then maybe 20 mins underwater spin bike…so much better than the airdyne! And a good 30 mins of sea kayaking which is much better than the row!
