Travel wod: 3×20 walking lunges with 20kg plate locked out overhead. 50 squats 100 leg lifts 50 push-ups.5 x 5 strict pullups. Hold at top and slow coming down.
Cement Mixer — 2:22 / 2:28 / 2:39 / 2:31 / 2:38 / 2: 43 / 2:49 w/ 12 alternating TTB/KU each round. 8/4 during 1st 2 rounds. Then sets of 3 or 4 the rest of the way. That was a tough WOD!

Improvement over last time my ttb were 12-12-6-10-8-10-12, I was a lot faster last time.
Packing on the pounds with my new job – makes the run that much harder – runs averaged around 2:45-3;00 min (round 7) 12/6/0/2/0/0/8 + 3 400 m prewod runs

1st round we both did 30lb but had to go down to 24lb because I would not be able to do 5 rounds at 30. About 20 sec faster than when we did this a month ago — last time I did 20# and Pete did 30. We also swam the circumference of Dyer Pond in Wellfleet. Not sure how long that is but I’m counting it.
