Jerk Complex – 205# (I got the 2 x Push Jerks @ 225# twice, but failed the split with each attempt. Regardless, 225# push jerk is a 18# PR for me. Timing felt awesome today.)
WOD – 2 Rx (Almost a 2 round reduction from last time, but I really focused on full lockout on the muscle ups each time, which slowed me down significantly. Really need to work on making that habit and getting more comfortable with the lockout of the arms/shoulders.)
