I’ve done this wod 3 times – the first 2 aren’t worth talking about…..the 3rd time there was a 20 min cap and I finished round 12 at the 20 minutes. I glanced at the clock at the end of round 12 and it was something like 17:55….I’ll take it!! Cant wait to cheer everyone on tonight. Great job 8:30 and 9:30!!
Also thanks to Mel and Michele for the rep scheme – made it mentally much easier and doing a squat clean for the first rep of each set was mentally helpful as well – then you are 1/2 way through the first rep!
