Nothing but Trouble: 4+4 (75#/K2E) Took it light and slow today to help get over some lingering back pain from Monday. Sitting around hurts. Working out feels better.

65# front squat for thrusters, 18 ab mat sit ups for toes to bar, in & out burpees. Started at front squat.

Nothing but trouble: 75lbs, and knees up instead of toe-to-bar, 5.0 laps. Sarah has the WOD today!

A little too ambitious, 2 rounds at 55#, 3 at 35#. Prob should have done 45#, knees to elbow (sort of)

5 rounds + 7 reps RX. Thrusters unbroken, but did step up and downs with the burpee box jumps (conserving the back), so I was slower than I wanted to be.
3+13 toes to bar killing me took a lot of time on them very few no reps
5 rounds of 5 muscle ups, 7 frontsquats at 135, 9 strict handstand pushups.
4 rounds + 17, 45# push press, practiced 9 pullup motions with pulling up knees up. walking over box took longer than wanted due to knees!!
