“Not Exactly” – timed out 3 reps into the last round of BMU. 10# plates for HSPU and blue band for the BMU attempts. I did achieve one full rep out of all of those attempts so not a great hit rate but progress nonetheless.
“Not Exactly” 18:40 (25# plates, blue banded CTB). Each rep was a struggle, my grip and forearms were smoked from the tire flipping yesterday. Thanks 5:30 for letting me crash the party 🙂

At superfriendly CF Pittsfield (aka “The Pitt”). 1) Strength: “Max Bear Complex:” front clean/front squat/push press/back squat/push press — 5 sets of 5. 55# in last set 2) WOD: AMRAP in pairs 15 min — 1000m row, 30 burpees, 30 wallballs. Total burpees & wallballs — 200. Thank you Coach Erica for jumping in after my partner had enough!
