“The Admiral” 15:46 65# Squat’s 10/10/10/10/10/10 🙂
12:49 rx — big PR from last time I did this one — 20/20/12+8 on the front squats
Holy legs #85, 24″ step ups , time 16 something. Great WOD Mel
Great work! 85#!!!
18:48 95# 15-5,12-8,10-10
21;23 35#, 20″ step ups, burped jump ups. This is actually faster than I thought I would do it. Burpees, although very slow were not broken up a lot….just consistently slow.
19:21 rx. Yuck
15:45 @ 135#. Having a little scaling regret, but even the bar alone felt so heavy today… The upside was that the 135 made it possible to attempt to keep up with Kristin. Great push!
Thanks for keeping me moving Willis!!
The Admiral — 20:42, 65#, 20″ box jumps. Burpee pullups were definitely a mental challenge – each set felt like a really big set. I wish I’d done the 24″ box jumps, but my legs felt pretty tired from the squats (round 1 unbroken, round 2&3 broken into 10/10) after the first round.
The admiral – first time doing this one. 75# 18:33 (I think). Tough one!
16:58 45#, 20″ step ups
Endurance WOD: 5×300: 1:24,1:30, 1:27, 1:31, 1:30 5×25 sled 75 run: :20, :18, :18, :20, :19 – tough on the tired legs from the 1st WOD!
I am convinced that I did not sprint to the right sewer cap on my 75 yard-er…my times are too fast relative to Sara B and Mel and I know I’m slower than both! So let’s call it a 5×25 sled push 50 yard sprint…now I can sleep tonight without fretting!
19:33 Rx
Happy with this given the last time we did this, I finished in 16:38 but only did burpees and back squats from the rack instead of fronts.
“The Admiral” 17:37 jumping burpee pull-ups, 45#, 20″ box jumps and stepups, mostly stepups round 2+ 3
The Admiral: 17:55 First time through this WOD and much tougher than I thought. Couldn’t squat today ’cause of a knee strain so limited myself to 95# on the FS’s and alternated box jumps with step ups. Thanks Kate for the motivation!
18:32 rx. Well off PR, but given the week that Mel threw at us, I”ll take this one as a victory. Fronts: 20, 12/8, 12/8.
16:06 85#
