8:56 and 10 muscle ups. Did the set of 50 kb swings unbroken and felt much better this time doing that compared to last time.

Did first kbs unbroken and destroyed myself for the rest of the workout. capped out still in the 20dubs. still went through the repscheme and did one MU. but yowza.

Stronger — time capped at 8 kb swings into the last round (35# kb, DUs 25, 20, 15, 10, 5). Wasn’t hitting DUs as consistently as I wanted today and it slowed me down and the kbs felt a lot heavier than usual. Not happy with my performance at all — I hope this one comes around again before too long because I want to take another crack at it.
Stronger – 9:34 rx and 9 or 10 MU’s….lost track of my MU reps. Fun wod. Dubs felt great. Broke up the kettles more than I wanted to – my shoulders and lats are still pretty jacked up from 15.2.

Different strategy this time. Went straight on 50’s last time and it crushed me. Today I went 31,19 / 21,19 / 15,15 / 12,8 / 10. Tried hard to shake out and count down from 3.2.1 on the breaks so I didn’t waste too much time. Dub’s were straight from the 30 down to 10.
Stronger- Time capped at 8 DU in the last round. 26# kb.

A little faster then last time with same rep scheme and made it to the rig 🙂

Thanks Mel! I so appreciate what you and Rap have worked so hard to put out there for folks like me. Your commitment to quality is rare and it’s exhibited regularly by you and your coaches. I am astounded at my accomplishments in less than a year – even with all the injuries and illness – d’oh! It’s so cool to be in an environment where no matter how you finish – first, last or in between, if you just try, you never fail!

Stronger – 10:30 35# – exact same time as my previous. I did 50 unbroken last time, this time 35/15, 20/10/10, 15/10/5, 10/10, 10 – all DU unbroken. I snatched the swings this time. First time doing jumping overhead MUT – got 4. Look forward to doing this again, even though no change in my KB/DU time I felt much better doing this. Just need to rest less.
stronger – did this on Sunday during the open gym. 6 MUs. Unbroken on the kbs except for the round of 30 (15/15). I pulled a calf running yesterday so subbed singles for the dubs pretty early on. Got to the muscle ups @ 9:10
Big shout out to David for his performance on15.2. Tough to bring it like that doing the workout solo.
