Minor rope catastrophe on set of 20. Rope completely fell apart. After trying to steal Russ’s, I ended up grabbing one off the wall for that set and finished the 10 w/ Russ’s. Luckily found the piece that flew off and was able to put mine back together.
dont remember my exact time, but i finished a little bit after Bill (I’ll call it 14:20). enjoyed this mornings goat work session. i’ve been working on handstand walks atleast once a week…this week was worse then last week, but its still a big improvement over where i was a couple months ago. taking mastering handstand walks 1 step at a time… literally

13: something. But with tiny walks to the wall. Tiny. I spend an inordinate amount of time kicked up against a wall but my balance isn’t awesome yet. I’ll get the handstand walk. It will happen.

16:00 even. Did HSH releases at the wall. LOVE DU’s in work outs. Got my 50 complete. Only second time ever getting up to 50. 3 sets on the 40 and then 30, 20, 10 all complete. Was totally relaxed which was a first in a work out. No whip marks or blood. This was a win! Great energy at the 8:30.

“Annie Takes a Walk” Wasn’t able to finish. Got through the 30’s and started the 20’s but did HS shifts and feeling MUCH for comfortable upside down. 🙂 Also got 3 DOUBLE UNDERS – my first time ever!!! Proudly rang the PR bell for the first time. Great nooner workout. Thanks Mel!!!

14:48? I don’t remember my exact time but very excited to get 27 DU at one point after not hitting a single one in warm ups. I think my last PR was 10 or 11. Attempted handstand walks were about three feet from the wall and very fun to try. I honestly thought I would never be able to do these.
13:46 I think. 5,4,3,2,1 attempts at each length. Got 30,15,25,20,10 feet.
12:50, 5,4,3,2,1 handstand walk attempts to the wal.
13:04 RX’ish (I think I was a foot or two short of the finish line on a few of the rounds. First time walking on my hands without the wall in front of me! Got some awesome tips from Kate, Michele and Justin! Thank you guys. So fired up to finally walk on my hands!
