Way to make it on the website yet again Saviano. Why don’t ya quit hogging the spotlight from the rest of us who also work hard….at drinking cider after class.
See You on the Other Side – 20:59 (20 reps/round @155) Went with the RX weight but scaled the reps back to 20 per round….which was definitely a good idea for me, as my legs were a bit spent after the heavy squat snatches yesterday. Tough WOD!

19:15 55# Worked really hard on engaging core during every lunge. 1st set unbroken, 2nd-15/15, 3rd- 2×8/7, 4th -6/6/6/4s. Running felt good today.

Endurance after: 600/400/500 :45 rest between, 3 min rest, repeat. After that wod my legs did not want to move. Gave up on times and just ran. 2:54/1:47/2:23; 2:56/1:52/2:30.

Endurance WOD: was targeting a few seconds below 2000m pace and I hit that for the first two rounds not the third. I lost 2 sec per split each round except for the middle split which was consistent. 600/400/500 45 sec break.between the splits. 3 rounds with 3 min break between them.
See you on the other side: not for this kid. Back still not healthy. I went light but still re injured in the second round. Finished up doing walking lunges + 25 calories on the bike for the last three rounds. 16:57

the dogs were very slow. can definitely shave off a couple minutes w/o them.
This one really got to me. Started at 85#, stripped early during WOD to #65. 23:07
