Hit this one on Saturday, so Mel had me do 21-15-9 Snatch (135#)/Box Jump Overs/Handstand walk (10m ish)

3 rounds: 500m, 300m, 200m :60 rest between, 3 min rest btw rounds.
500 avg 2:05, 300 avg 1:04, 200 avg :37. Loved running the 200 in a straight shot with no turnaround.

15:48 – 155# DL, step ups and HSPU strict with 1 mat & 5# plate. HSPU continue to be a massive struggle for me although today was better. Previously have used 1 mat & 10# plate so its a little progress. Only failed one.
9:46 135#. I sandbagged, should have done RX!
