We are pleased to announce a new class that will be made available to all Daybreak members! "RISE-N-GRIND" (aka RNG) is our new super-charged, cardio and metcon-based class that is 45 minutes of pure sweat.
We could not be more proud of all our Daybreakers who survived (and thrived) during the 31 day nutrition challenge. Unlike past challenges, we let YOU decide what and how you eat… and as long as you stuck to it, you accumulated daily points. Most of you hit PRs, lost weight, leaned out, and most importantly, felt great!
THE WINNERS:
The winning PMers received 80.3% of their possible points! And as a reward for their dedication, all PM members who completed the challenge (ie recorded more than 25 days worth of scores on the back whiteboard) will all receive a free Daybreak tee or tank — see design above created in honor of the challenge.
