PM CLASSES (5:30p6:30p) WIN!

Congrats to our winning class, the PMers! Members of this team who completed the challenge were: Jess K -- Snack -- Dustin -- Eric Be -- Dave S -- Megan B -- Lourdes -- Cory -- Nicole -- Marissa!

We could not be more proud of all our Daybreakers who survived (and thrived) during the 31 day nutrition challenge. Unlike past challenges, we let YOU decide what and how you eat… and as long as you stuck to it, you accumulated daily points. Most of you hit PRs, lost weight, leaned out, and most importantly, felt great!

THE WINNERS:
The winning PMers received 80.3% of their possible points! And as a reward for their dedication, all PM members who completed the challenge (ie recorded more than 25 days worth of scores on the back whiteboard) will all receive a free Daybreak tee or tank — see design above created in honor of the challenge.

This was an extremely close race across classes. The AMers (5:30a/6:30a) came in second place with 79.6% of the points and the MID-DAYers were a smidge off them with 79.4%. And last but not least, were FLOATERS who came in with 71.9% of their points. The top 3 teams were literally separated by less than 1%!!!

TOP 3 INDIVIDUALS:
And we are also giving free shirts to the top 3 individual scores regardless of class: 1) Pete-118, Marissa-118 and Ada-116, but since Marissa is in the winning class, 3rd place rolls down to Jodi L-112. There were a total of 124 individual points available and these members almost got them all!

Congrats to all Daybreakers who learned a little more about how healthy eating affects their mood, performance and body composition… let alone how to balance the demands of work/life while still eating well.
