Can’t Stop Me; 9:45 (15 DU attempts) Was going to do zero attempts, planned on 10 and did 15 per round. I was able to get 7-8 DU (with the single in between) but this is better then it has been all fall so I will take it and run!
9:59 (15 DUAT) I don’t have DUs. But in the midst of flailing around like a newborn giraffe I did manage to string together 4 consecutive reps two separate times. Signs of progress.
5:15 Rx…… Then Brian made me row 500m after…….then Justin had me trying strict muscle ups, 5 attempts where I got to the top but just couldn’t turn it over. Maybe if I were fresh I would have gotten it!
6:10 (scaled with 15 Double Unders but I did get 7 consecutive DU’s which is my new PR). Also, AWESOME warm up with Sara, even though I had to do 62 burpees as part of that warm-up!
Way to string those together tonight Jay! You’ll have dubs all day before you know it. Way to kill it 6:30, everyone was fast, it must have been Sara’s “words of wisdom”
I hear the “ustins” were in full force tonight. Sorry I missed it. Way to murder this WOD folks. Lot’s of DU victories, including Jess (who learned the meaning of sandbagger tonight). 🙂
