I am going to try my best to update daily, or at least a few times a week. I completely encourage comments, questions (most of which I will defer to Mel on!), etc. Also, please feel free to send me anything to post. Your own “before” photos, progress updates, recipes, etc. Note that this blog should in no way substitute for the normal posting on the Daybreak site regarding our points for the challenge. But, I think this can be a great way for us to stay even more connected as a community through the challenge and, at the very least, for you to have some good laughs at my expense. Keep calm and zone on, I suppose.

This is pretty bad ass.
Bad ass, brave and very relatable (at least to me as I have that same pair -OK more like pairs- of jeans just sitting in my drawer). Can we make a sub-group of the challenge specifically dedicated to combatting the muffin top? Maybe the CMTs? We can all go out in our jeans at the end of this.
