We are often asked “What are Hero WODs?”, so in short, they are workouts to honor a fallen soldier or “hero”. We always give a bit more during these workouts as we know the heroes for whom these are named gave everything for us. So when the WOD gets tough or you hit a wall, remember why we do these WODs.
