Slowly easing back into shoulder movements, nothing too dynamic but it felt good to be back on the pull up rig.

Master’s – 17:31. Only got through 80 pull ups but attempted butterfly for the first time (ever!) after the first 50 and got them! Definitely could have gotten through all 100 if I’d done them from the start. Psyched 🙂
