Recess: 13:46 Rx. The good news is that I can now do the 45 PU’s in the time frame. The bad news is that I am so slow at getting through them. I felt I had good pace for the runs and got through the KB’s in one set each time but not the PU’s. Mel – help!
Nice job, Marc! Progress is progress! The pace of PUs will pick up now that you have the endurance.

Great push from the 5:30pm class. Also hit a new max bench 145# and a 205# yolk carry. I’m gonna have to eat like this forever. Its definitely getting easier to do as we get further into the challenge. Just have to hold on for this final week but I think a lot of my new eating habits will stick.

Brain-friendly modification of this done on Thursday (posting here in case we redo this sometime.) 4 Cals on Airdyne, 21 muscle cleans 35#, 12 strict pull ups with red band, then 8-15-8, then 12-9-6. 12:06.
