“Misery Business” – 13:07 Rx (1:41 PR)
Still work to do on DL’s. Heard Mel saying “chest up” the entire time and did my best to correct it in each round. Definitely made up time over the first go at this on the pushups. All sets of deadlifts were unbroken until 8 – 10, which were 10 & 5.
Pushups went 15, 10/5, 5/5/5 x 8

Tried to keep DLs unbroken, but had some weird hitch in my hip in the early rounds that was bothering me, and I broke up the 5th set. Pushups were sets of 5 from round 1-8. 9&10 were 8/7, 7/8. Hate pushups.

“Misery Business” – 17:44 Rx. I was feeling good on the DL’s and almost all sets were unbroken but couldn’t keep gripping through the set starting at set #8 and went 12/3 for those last three. That many pushups are just tough. Unbroken for the first 3 sets then 8/7 (x2), 7/4/4 (x3), 7/4/2/2 (x2).

“Misery Business” (perfect name) 14:50 Rx Pleased with the unbroken sets all ten rounds of DL’s. PU’s went fast after the heavy benching on Wednesday. Round 1-3 x 15 then initial sets of 5 followed with 3’s and 2’s. Chest is going to be hurting this weekend! Thanks Mel! 🙂

Misery Business Colorado Style – Mount Quandry. My first 14,000!
Hiking at elevation my first day out = whoa baby! A tad bit dehydrated – upping the fluid intake big time!!!
Tomorrow is Mount Harvard (14,420) and Mount Columbia(14,073) part of the Collegiate peaks. 🙂
Misery Business: 17:52 @85# and 9 solid push ups per round. Push ups are feeling better lately…maybe I’m getting stronger? Now that would be CRAZY.

Misery Business – 13:07 Rx [big PR. Cut 3:19 from previous time.] did the oly class before with squat sets running off a 225 max. Worked up to 130# push press. Failed at 135#
