I am not going to grow taller at this point so need to work on efficiency and form. DU’s: Better but still a work in progress. Still loving the Starbii rope. Run: Longest distance since running marathon and felt strong.
Triple 2’s – 33:10(200 singles) so glad I had a running buddy Melissa cause I wouldn’t of done all of that alone! We both said we would get it done in 45min so I am proud of us getting it done faster than that!
