20:12 rx. first time working with dumbbell cleans, and it felt very strange to me. felt sluggish through the warm ups and that continued through the wod.

Raise Your Weapon: 13:55 with 65# OHS, V-ups, 25# DB, and a mix of SU/DU going to 40 SU’s. The most DU’s in a row this time was 3 – I don’t seem to be progressing with DU’s.

“Raise Your Weapon” – 22:18 [95# hang power snatch; TTB Rx; 45# Hang Cleans with 1/2 squat; 20# ball slams]. This was a legit ball buster. Michele is dead on – the workout is in the db squat cleans. I need to get a kipping TTB. Lost a lot of time on those.

17:51 with 115lb OHS and 35lb DB Hang Squat Cleans! Sick WOD. Another awesome 12:30 Class. Tons of fun chasing Dr. J! Great work from Cash going RX! Way to finish strong at the end man! First time doing DB HSC’s. That is one brutal movement! Loved the WOD.

DBHSC, Started with 45# DB (2 rounds of 10 reps) than switched to 95″ HSC the last 3 rounds at 15 reps. Forearm still flaring up during certain movements. Pleased with linking first four rounds of T2B…
At Crossfit Pittsfield: front squats 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 (45#, 55#, 65#, 75#, 85#); 2000m row (9:40)
RYW: 21.03 with 55# OHS, 15# cleans and singles x 40/round. Legit TTB, but had to drop to 5 in last two rounds to just keep moving through.
