14:09 rx. Huge push from Bill right to the end. Cleans were 16/4, 10/5/5, 12/5/3.
13:24 rx. giant sets on the cleans (unbroken on the first, 16 and 14 to start on the 2nd and 3rd rounds (so depressed i broke)). i finished the first round in under 3.5 minutes and obviously couldnt keep pace from that. need to get better with the burpees.
took a run at this one earlier this week but subbed 30 kbs #53 for the box jumps — 13:53 as 3 rounds: 20 Hand cleans(105#), 20 burpees over the bar, 30 KBS 53# –Cleans were 20/10:5:5/10:5:5 and KBS were unbroken and a huge gut check

We’ve done something similar. The rep scheme is a bit different today and one movement has been changed

I learned a valuable lesson tonight – I hear you Kate – “don’t skip lunch”!!! 15:55 65# 1st rnd 20 reps, subsequent rnds 15 reps ea, inhaler – 3 rnds + 2 on the way over to the box…not a good night for the stressed out business owner who has asthma and allergies and skipped her lunch – enough said…
