“Problem” – 2:53 / 3:43 / 3:44 / 3:48. The difference is all in the burpees – unbroken in the first set only. I think the splits are correct but what is on the board is correct for sure.
2:36 / 3:30 / 4:15 / 4:00. subbed 30 cals on the bike for the run. to say my pace fell off would be an understatement.

“Problem”… yeah. I have no idea. It’s on the board. I rowed, so as to avoid re-injuring my calf. Definitely a vomit-inducing WOD. Felt great to be done with it, though.
