3+10 rx. Hit a full 50 ft length hs walk warming up and again in the first round. Huge pr, considering the furthest I’ve gone before was about 8 feet
3+17 10 Hand stand walk attempts few feet away from the wall. i will take the wall away next time. barbell club snatch work. 70# 3 rep max muscle snatch / 75# 3 reps from blocks. Thank you Mel for the cues…soon I will be able to fully utlilize my legs and hips on the lifts!
3 + 12: Walk Attempts. There were several points today, where i actually traveled several inches on my hands. That hasn’t happened before, so hooray. Great technique work at Barbell today. Need to focus on snatching more.

2 and 16 hand stand rocks (25). Blue blue pull ups and actually box jumps, albeit with 2 15 pound weights.

3+ 10 box jump, 50ft walk. Most I have ever moved forward (versus my typical backwards) in a wod – big win!

Zev I felt the same this am, my legs were really sore before class, and felt great during the wod.

4+35 — 24″ box jumps, HS w/25 alternating hand lifts. Pullups felt good — no pain.
4 Rds.- 2 rds with 25 hand taps and 2 rds with :30 hand stands
2+15. Some of the pull ups were suspect and kipped the last one.
3,+1 10 attempts to wall for handstand walks
