15:14 Rx. Row: Slow HC: 6/6, 7/5, 6/6 DUs: Unexpectedly bad today. For those keeping score, I was able to complete a BarMU this morning (with effort), which solidifies Friday’s performance.
11:52 rx. at least 4 or 5 trip ups on every round of dubs. i dont know when i lost the ability to hit big sets on dubs, but i wish they’d come back.
14:58rx. Middle set of dubs a disaster. Hc 8/4
14:21 with 50 singles. Rows 2:05/2:06/2:08. HPC 12, 8/4, 8/4. Feet don’t hurt yet so the single for double 1:1 ratio might be the thing for me.
12:59 15 c bike/12 squats with 20# med ball/20 steps ups with an occasional jump thrown in. Quads are tired, couldn’t do box jumps today. One round of 15 squats when I forgot the rep scheme.

16:15 90# 2:00 on the rows, DUs were sets of 20 and 10 except a lot of trips on the last round. Cleans were so slow and took everything out of me. Cash out: great class Erika! Was a little winded at the beginning but totally survived:)
