Cash out: rise n grind
No running outside for me today. Little wod modification. 5 rounds of 10 front squats at 135# unbroken and 20 GHD sit-ups with a 1 minute rest between rounds. Took about 14 minutes including rest. Legs are toast.

Broke front squats up 4-3-3 until last set which was 3-3-2-2. Those crushed me!
3 + 404 Rx @ 20 min… then finished 4 rounds.
Felt pretty good running a day after deads.
