Ok this was hard but awesome. Amanda and Jill- 50:19 (55/35) sets of 10, BBJ sets of 5, (kpu/bb alternating every 4-5), row 500 alternating, run 400s. Nice job 8AM!

W/Janice: 57:20 or something – Thrusters for me 35#, J = 25#; Box/Burpees Me = 35 B/B J = 45 AirSq/StepUp; Ring Rows Me = 35 J = 25; 2000 ea 500 m/turn; Run Me = 2000 m J = 400 m Run, 800 m Row – Absolutely stellar performance by my partner – a bit under the weather but she just kept moving! Nice job Janice!! Fun WOD!

Worked with the husband on this one! 55:00 or so. 35# for me, 45# for Ted Thrusters (switched every 10, green band for both of us, he did a few more than I), Box Jump/Burpees, we switched every 2, Rowing, we switched every 500M, and run/airdyne, I did 30 cal. and he ran 100 meters, had to stop the airdyne bc of yoga! Who knew it was so loud! Loved this long workout….
