You know… I saw this WOD after Mel posted it and thought “Our members may not like it”. But what I saw today was pretty amazing. Not only did our members come out in droves, they dug their heels in and just got after it. No complaints today. No whining. Just loaded up the bar and did work.
The crews today at 7a, 8a, and 9a wanted all of this WOD, and when they got in over their heads… they put the bar down. Or they took weight off the bar. Or they listened intently to coaching cues. All moved with virtuosity and Just. Did. Work. You guys are cool. Really cool.
17:03 rx except for 185# cleans. Took me 3 tries to get 1 at 225# and I dropped weight. Still a grinder at any weight.
