9:35 rx. I liked this one. Though, I could do without the last 15 HSPUs… came to a screeching halt. HSPUs straight through 9. CTBs straight through 12.
Post-WOD: 110 bar-facing burpees down. 240 to go. Always a good time blasting out sets of burpees with the Zev. For those in the challenge, grab a partner and alternate sets of 10… it breaks up the grind and you can push the pace a bit more.
