82 rx. I may try this again if i can find the time. It’s the highest weight I’ve done in a wod for DL and I was worried about form so I wasted a lot of time because I did 55 singles….also got a bunch of no reps on the wall balls. Id like to see if I can get through the wall balls at least. Fun 8:30 group and fun watching the 9:30 crew! Amazing job everyone!

Came very close to bailing on this weeks open wod- after sleeping in a tent in the desert all last week, 3hrs sleep last night and the sudden Florida humidity I knew it would be ugly. Sucked it up and dropped into A1A miami beach bc they are open on Sunday, who were very nice and based on the warmup seems to be a decent box.
178 scaled. Could not breathe. Row was in slow motion. I don’t know how they work out in Miami with no ac. Glad I did it though.
