41-48 started with 7 cal which turned into 5 cals ? and hswa between cones. Need to work on endurance!
33-49, 60# sandbag. Runs themselves were faster but took a few secs to get from the finish line to the door.
10 cals in rds 1 and 7. 7-8 cals in other rds – the bike was killing me today.
HS walk attempts between cones. Got a few good ones — did 8 steps (probably 4-5 meters) one time before wiping out.
