Oh Cindy…such a great benchmark WOD. One that always leaves you crushed. A full round off PR today but I’m 100% sure standards have never been better. This WOD is all about the push-ups for me. Started off 5/5 and quickly ended up at 5/3/2 and then 3/3/2/2 and finally on to 2/2/2/2/2. Squats were relatively fast and unbroken. Just need to get better at the push-ups as I try to achieve the elusive 20 rounds. One day.

10+11 – 26# KB for pull ups. Squats felt good ( unbroken) but the push ups killed me.

11+10 rx. Disappointed in the back half of Cindy. Next time break up the push ups in the first 10 minutes so I’m not exhausted the last 10.

Cindy oh how you crush me every time. I was going to rest today but saw it was you and had to come in. It always starts off great but quickly deteriorates to lying face down on the floor with every effort to push back up. Need to start off slower on the push ups.
